I’ve been cracking this seeds for a long time and I enjoy the taste of them. Today I opened up a new bag and it had a hole in it. To make sure it’s safe to eat them I spread them on a cookie sheet and ran my fingers through them. I noticed after a few minutes my fingertips and nails were dirty and black. Now I am wondering, is this dirt or smoke from roasting that causes my fingers to go like that. I sure hate to see that stuff gets inside of my body. Do I continue eating them? Have anybody else experienced something like this? I took some pictures and I wish I could share them.

These seeds are extremely hard to find in the grocery store. You have to go into a Shell gas station and even more so this flavor isn’t often careered. Love the taste of this seed and will always buy these in bulk. You should do the same.

I love sunflower seeds. I can eat them all the time. I like Spitz they are affordable and you get quite a bit. Even though they are salted they aren’t that salted really. I recommend these sunflower seeds over others.
