clicking on the link in the shipping confirmation email sent to you when we shipped your product or,
by going to your My Account page, click on orders then click on the order you want to track, and you will find a tracking button to click on and you will be taken to the shipping provider tracking page to track your shipment.

All orders are shipped within 2 days of order's confirmation. if for any reason our stock doesn't match our actual inventory, we try to source the ordered products from one of our suppliers within two days and ship your order.

We use First Class mail for shipments less than 1Lb and priority for shipments equal to or over 1Lb.

First class orders usually take up to 10 business days based on how far is the destination from Los Angeles California where we ship from.
Priority mail takes up to 5 business days.

Tracking some times takes up to 24 hours to update online. Packages are dropped off at USPS or FedEx locations on a daily basis.

Yes, as long as it matches the credit card address used for payment. Also PO boxes are not available if you chose UPS to deliver your order.

No, We ship in plain boxes or the USPS priority boxes. label only has our name "Volt Candy". Other than that shipments are completely discreet and no one can tell what is inside unless opened.

Unfortunately No. Currently we ship to USA and Canada only.

Shipping rates are being displayed direct from the shipping companies and we don't have control over that. The shipping charges you see is what actually cost to ship the products to you based on weight,dimensions and distance travelled. You can always get free shipping for orders over $150

Yes, we do offer "Hold For Pickup" option at an extra cost of $1.50.

your order will be shipped to the nearest USPS or FedEx location near you, once the package arrive at the location you will receive an email with instruction on how to pick up your package and the location where to pick it up.

Not at this time. we only offer an option to not include an invoice as well as gift messages are also available.

Undelivered packages are subject to either cancel or reship. Customer will receive an email to inform of the package returns and giving the choice to cancel the order or reship. Fees apply
