Shipping & Returns

Shipping (U.S. Orders)

  • Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day of payment via USPS with tracking.
  • Standard delivery does not require a signature. If you prefer signature confirmation, please contact us (extra cost applies).
  • All packages include handling, packing, and postage fees. Handling is fixed, while shipping costs vary by weight.
  • Multiple orders cannot be combined after checkout. Each order will have its own shipping fee.
  • Packages are carefully packed in discreet boxes or envelopes — your privacy is protected.
  • Some items may be removed from their original boxes to fit securely in shipping cartons.
  • Flat-rate shipping is displayed at checkout before completing your order.
  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
  • We on;y ship to the US.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Please contact us for an RMA (Return Authorization) before sending items back. Packages without an RMA may be refused.

1- Satisfaction Guarantee (within 7 days):

  • If you’re not satisfied, you may return items at your expense.
  • Must be returned in original condition; a 20% restocking fee applies.
  • Store credit will be issued once processed.

2- Damaged/Defective Items:

  • Contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or store credit.

3- Undeliverable Orders:

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct.
  • Orders returned as undeliverable will incur shipping costs + 10% fee.
  • Re-delivery (U.S. only) requires an additional shipping fee.

4- Order Cancellations:

  • Full refund if canceled due to late delivery, lost package, damaged return, or out-of-stock items.
  • 10% cancellation fee applies for other reasons.

Orders & Products
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update or cancel it before processing. Once shipped, we can no longer make changes.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

Yes! We specialize in bulk orders. Discounts and free shipping are available on larger purchases — please check product pages or contact us for details.

Are all products fresh and sealed?

Yes. All items are brand new, sealed, and within their freshness date. We source directly from trusted suppliers.

What if a product I want is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for a restock notification on the product page, or contact us for an estimated availability date.

Do you include invoices/receipts inside the package?

Invoices are emailed to you after checkout. You can also request to exclude a paper invoice if the order is a gift.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders ship within 2 days of confirmation.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email or by going to your My Account page → Orders → select your order → click the tracking button. This will take you to the carrier’s tracking page.

Tracking number isn’t updating?

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update. Packages are Picked up daily from our warehouse.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, if it matches the credit card billing address. Not available with UPS.

Do packages show what’s inside?

No. We ship in plain boxes or USPS Priority boxes. Labels only say “Volt Candy.”

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to USA and Canada.

Why is shipping expensive?

Shipping rates are calculated directly from carriers based on weight, dimensions, and distance. We don’t control these rates.

Can I schedule my delivery for a specific date?

We can’t guarantee a specific delivery date, but you can track your package and choose “Hold for Pickup” to collect it from a local USPS/FedEx location at your convenience.

Do you deliver to businesses and schools?

Yes. We ship to both residential and commercial addresses, including schools and offices.

What if my package arrives late?

Most delays are carrier-related. Please check the tracking link provided. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Do you ship during hot weather (for chocolate/candy)?

Yes, but please note heat-sensitive items may soften or melt during transit. We recommend choosing Priority Mail in warm months for faster delivery.

Returns & Refunds
How do I return my order?

Use the Contact Us form, include your order number, and reason for return. We’ll send you a return label.

Undelivered Packages

Undelivered packages may be canceled or reshipped. Customers will be notified by email. Additional fees may apply.

What items are non-returnable?

For safety reasons, perishable food items that have been opened cannot be returned. Unopened items in original condition may be returned with an RMA.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

What if my order is missing an item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll either ship the missing item or issue a refund for missing items.

What types of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards, PayPal, Apple pay, Google Pay.

Do you save payment info?

No, we do not store credit card information.

Is it safe to pay with my credit card?

Yes. All pages (including checkout page) are SSL encrypted.

How will the transaction appear on my statement?

It will show as Volt Candy.

Why is my card being declined?

Ensure your billing address matches what your bank has on file.
If it’s still declined, contact us for assistance.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Account & Support
Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest, but creating an account makes it easier to track orders, save addresses, and reorder quickly.

How do I reset my password?

Click Forgot Password on the login page, and follow the instructions to reset it via email.

How can I contact customer support?

You can reach us anytime through our Contact Us page. We typically respond within 24 hours.

Can I view past orders?

Yes. Log into your account and go to My Orders to see your order history and tracking details.
